30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For most items, we offer 30-day returns. For Thangkas, please see the special section below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at temple1st@outlook.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Sale items and gift cards
For Thangkas
Due to the hand-painted and sacred nature of each Thangka, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your Thangka upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if any issue exists. We will make it right.
For all other items, please refer to our 30-day return policy above.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility conditions apply: item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at temple1st@outlook.com.
