1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation
- Processing time may be longer for custom or made-to-order items (notified on product page)
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
2. Shipping Destinations
- Ships from our Asia warehouse after quality check
- Origin: Nepal / Tibet / East Asia, depending on item
- Every parcel includes tracking
- If damaged in transit, we replace or refund.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Note: Customs duties and import taxes are NOT included in shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility .

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Important Information for International Buyers:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country
- These fees are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country
- We cannot predict what charges may apply
- We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue shipments—this is illegal and violates customs regulations
- If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Instructions for tracking your package
- Contact information for the carrier
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation.
7. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:
- First, check tracking for the most current status
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, email us at temple1st@outlook.com with your order number
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Returns and Refunds
Most products offer a 30-day return policy, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For details, please refer to the refund policy.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at temple1st@outlook.com
- Include your order number and photos
